Abstract

Results suggest leaders working during the COVID-19 Pandemic experiencing high levels of role overload, and in turn grief, tend to experience more negative workplace (i.e., leadership behaviors, turnover intentions) and personal (i.e., health and well-being) outcomes. In addition, work-family conflict and organizational culture supporting work-life balance moderated this relationship.
