Abstract
Remembering connection when socially isolated is thought to produce resiliency. After asking participants to watch videos and to reflect on their experiences with either social distancing or social connectivity during COVID-19 isolation, depression and loneliness were measured using published scales. Preliminary differences were not significant but data trends are promising.
