Emotional Disclosure: Rethinking the Ways Masculinity Impacts the Willingness to be Vulnerable

This study will examine the effect of a threat to gender identity on male emotional vulnerability. It is expected that men whose masculine identity is exposed to threat will report less emotional vulnerability, and that this effect will be moderated by the degree to which they conform to masculinity norms.
