Abstract

In this exploratory study, conscientiousness scores from the Big Five Inventory (BFI), total sleep time (TST), and mental health scores from the Depression, Anxiety, and Stress Scale (DASS-21) were recorded for college students (N = 439). Total sleep time partially mediated and suppressed the relationship between conscientiousness and depression.
