Abstract
Napping habits in college students (N=439) were tracked over one week to measure associations between napping, depression, and anxiety. The average duration of naps was positively correlated with Depression and Anxiety subscale scores on the DASS-21 scale, although the frequency of naps showed no correlation with depression and anxiety symptoms.
