Abstract

What is an adult? 137 participants listed 20 attributes that described adulthood. Results were coded for 20 participants based on Arnett’s markers of adulthood, which showed most attributes did not fit into any categories. Prototype analysis will be performed to find emergent themes of adulthood which will contribute to theory.
