Empathic Accuracy and Coercive Sexual Behavior

Few researchers have examined how accuracy in decoding non-verbal signals relates to sexually coercive behaviors. In our study we examined empathic accuracy, defined here as one's ability to decode emotions accurately, as a mediator of the relationships between a variety of social and psychological factors and sexually coercive behaviors.
