Abstract

Despite multiracial individuals’ rapid growth in the US, it remains unknown how the alcohol-related behaviors of multiracial youth compare to those of monoracial youth. This meta-analysis of ten empirical studies suggests multiracial adolescents are at greater risk for lifetime, current, and binge drinking than several of their monoracial counterparts.
