Abstract
Among young adults, the economic hardship stemming from the COVID-19 pandemic has increased mental health vulnerabilities. This proposal will examine differences in education and employment background within the following outcomes: trait mindfulness, mindfulness practice; depressive symptoms, trait anxiety, COVID-19-related stress; health literacy; coping style (i.e., approach vs. avoidant); and self-harm.
