Abstract
This study describes the construction and preliminary validation of the Work Preference Scale designed to evaluate individual favorability toward independent vs. interdependent work. EFA results and tests of hypothesized relations with validated measures of tendency to work alone, in groups, and autonomously, and FFM trait neuroticism and agreeableness are reported.
