Do You Know What’s Best? a Study on Procrastination and Efficiency

This research demonstrates that students undervalue the role of inefficient study and work strategies in completing their assignments successfully and overvalue the role of procrastination. When evaluating the success of targets using different strategies, participants rated efficient, non-procrastinating targets as the most successful.
