Perceptions of Leadership in Adolescents: Understanding the Formation of Leadership Bias

Black and Hispanic students completed a survey to assess their beliefs. Students constructed a visual representation of a leader by selecting facial features from arrays. I reconstructed a digital avatar collating each adolescents' selected features to generate a composite image representing what they imagined a leader to look like.
