Signaling Organizational Identity-Safety through the Use of Gender Pronouns

LGBTQ+ persons face unsupportive environments in the workplace, leading them to question their belonging and acceptance in organizations. We found that the inclusion of gender pronouns in organizational materials encourages identity-safety in organizational settings for members of the LGBTQ+ community.
