Abstract

This study explored the feasibility of experiential-learning opportunities for working students. Participants rated their likelihood of participation in a short-term field experience offered at flexible times. Counter to our prediction, students across all employment statuses preferred experiential-learning over a research paper. Equitable conditions for experiential-learning opportunities are discussed.
