Abstract
This research examines the relationship between one’s daily pressure to be busy and daily emotional wellbeing. Using a seven-day diary study, results revealed that daily pressure to be busy was a significant predictor of increased daily negative affect, anxiety and depressive symptoms. Furthermore, trait emotional complexity acceptance moderated these associations.
