Abstract

Decision-making rationality currently receives little attention in industrial and organizational psychology research. This study examines the relationship between subjectively and objectively measured decision-making rationality and career outcomes. Its findings may facilitate recruitment and guide training interventions to improve the quality of decisions and career prospects of existing staff.
