Abstract

We examined effects of leader consideration and initiating structure behaviors on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and counterproductive work behavior (CWB). Results showed initiating structure had a positive correlation with CWB. An exploratory factor analysis indicated initiating structure scale to be bidimensional.
