Workplace Anxiety: Examination of a Novel Multifocal Perspective

Using two-wave data obtained from 298 Taiwanese employees, this study developed a novel multidimensional construct of workplace anxiety which comprised failure to meet self-expectations, failure to meet supervisor expectations, unfavorable comparisons with colleagues, and work group exclusion. The results also supported that each dimension had different relationships with various outcomes.
