Abstract

ABMT is a brief, accessible intervention that systematically trains attention away from threat, which has been shown to reduce anxiety. We tested the feasibility and initial efficacy of a 4-week course of gamified ABMT in patients with pediatric-onset MS. ABMT was feasible and significantly reduced anxiety and negative affect.
