Emotion Experience and Expressivity in the Face to Face and Computer-Mediated Interactions

The present study compares the emotion experience and emotion expressivity in social interactions that take place face to face (FTF) and those that take place online, in computer-mediated communications (CMC). Results indicated that participants experience more emotions in CMC than FTF, however, participants expressed more emotions in FTF than CMC.
