Should I Start Packing? the Joint Impact of Leader-Member Exchange Quality and Differentiation on Job Insecurity and Turnover Intentions

Abstract
We explored the interaction between LMX quality and differentiation on job insecurity and turnover intentions. Results found that LMX differentiation moderated the negative direct effect of LMX quality on turnover intentions but did not moderate the negative direct effect of LMX quality on job insecurity.
