Abstract
Research is needed to identify processes that can mitigate the negative mental health impacts of COVID-19. Participants will be randomized to a self-efficacy induction or control condition. We hypothesize that treated individuals will exhibit lower levels of fear on an implicit measure of emotion following exposure to COVID-19 stimuli.
