Organizational Processes for the Return to Work of Public Safety Professionals: State of the Art

Because of their proximity to the public and the very basis of their jobs, Public Safety Professionals (PSP) are more at risk of being affected by psychological and physical health problems. This research questions the effectiveness of PSP organizations' existing return to work programs after a mental health problem.
