Abstract

This research aims to explore the relationships between Chinese vanity and dark personality traits and understand the connotation of vanity further. The result showed that Chinese vanity could be positively predicted by greed, moral disengagement, narcissism, and psychopathy; but negatively predicted by crudelia and sadism. The strongest predictor was greed.
