The Impact of Resident Voice, Transparency, and Staff Interaction on Senior Living Resident Outcomes

The Age Well Study is a longitudinal study looking at the impact of residing in a Life Plan Community. Data was collected on residents in the communities and looked at three predictor variables; transparency, resident voice and staff interaction. All three variables were significant predictors of residents' psycho-social well-being.
