RAM over First Year Seminar: Testing the Effects of a New Study Skills Method on Student Achievement and Self-Efficacy

Student attrition and retention have been a critical concern for higher education. The purpose of this study is to exam the effectiveness of a new study skills approach, RAM (Review, Associate, Metacognition), on students’ academic performance and perceived self-efficacy for learning.
