Abstract

The purpose of the current study was to analyze the mediating and moderating role of sleep on the relationship between Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and resilience. Results indicate that sleep may help explain lower resilience due to ACEs, but it may not protect against these negative outcomes.
