Abstract
This study aims to understand how interpersonal rumination is associated with depression using a cross-sectional college undergraduate sample. We hypothesized a moderated mediation model of the relationship between depression, interpersonal rumination, social connectedness, and loneliness. Our results suggest effects may be driven by psychological, rather than somatic, symptoms of depression.
