Abstract

This study seeks to examine the effects of embodied cognition on learning and understanding spatial relationships in scientific domains. Participants will study various images of spatial relationships as either embodied representations or simplified stick-model representations before being tested on their understanding of the relationships using a traditional, textbook-like image.
