Abstract
Learning communities (LCs) in higher education can improve the effectiveness of pedagogical practices through instructor training and multidisciplinary collaboration. Negligible research has explored the impact of LCs on faculty and student outcomes. This proposal aims to investigate how participation in LCs modifies instructors’ pedagogical techniques and consequently influences student learning.
