Abstract

This randomized-controlled study found that mindfulness practice (through the HeadSpace app), relative to a control condition (playing cognitive games), significantly improved well-being and lowered depressive symptoms and COVID-19 specific anxiety among healthcare workers in Singapore (n = 79). The practice also led to improved forward digit recall in this sample.
