The Interaction Effect of Coworker Incivility and Recovery-Related Self-Efficacy on Vigor and Organizational Citizenship Behaviors

Survey data from 278 Korean workers showed that the interaction between coworker incivility and recovery-related self-efficacy (RSE) was significant for vigor and OCB-O. High levels of RSE played a buffering role on the relationships of coworker incivility with the two outcomes. However, the interaction effect was not observed for OCB-I.
