Abstract

The antecedents of sexually aggressive behavior remain unclear. We examined the relationship between sex motives as defined by Cooper and colleagues (1998) and sexual aggression perpetration. The results showed that sexual motives significantly predicted sexual aggression and the best predictors accounted for a substantial portion of variance in sexual perpetration.
