Evaluating the Experience of Community Resources in NYC That Target Populations at-Risk for Extreme Poverty: The Foundation for Operation Community Success (OCS)

This study will evaluate existing community resources, and community based organizations, and their effectiveness in providing help and hope to people experiencing and at-risk for extreme poverty. This research has potential to improve the work of these community resources and therefore improve the lives of people they serve.
