Abstract
In a child sexual abuse trial, juror decision making was found to be affected by the neurodevelopmental diagnosis of the child victim. Witness credibility was found to be higher when the witness demonstrated signs of Autism Spectrum Disorder and lower when Intellectual Disability was presented.
