A Model for Experiential Training in Clinical Supervision

Although most professional psychologists provide clinical supervision, there is little practical guidance for teaching supervision competence. We propose a supervision training model informed by current empirical evidence. We present results and narrative experiences of a graduate-level trainee and supervisor and recommendations for adapting the model in different training contexts.
