Transformational Leadership Dimensions and Employee Voice

Drawing on the theory of planned behavior, the present study examines how transformational leadership dimensions influence employee voice. SEM results suggest intellectual stimulation positively relates to voice via psychological safety, while idealized influence positively relates to voice via RBSE. Inspirational motivation and individualized consideration are not related to employee voice.
