Abstract

Findings indicated that graduate students high in one dimension of perfectionism (i.e., perfectionistic concerns) were more likely to have abusive academic advisors. Students high in perfectionistic concerns also had poor well-being and this relationship was mediated by their advisors’ abusive supervision.
