This symposium discusses the latest research about thinkers and their organizational behavior, self-regulation and decision making. Using innovative methods involving various subject populations, we demonstrate why thinkers (vs. doers) are more prone to self-harm but are also more likely to consider ethical standards and trust an expert when solving problems
