Abstract

This study explored the association between nomophobia and a variety of self-reported measures. College students were given a survey that assessed their level of nomophobia, social anxiety, self-esteem and their usage of cell phones while driving. These self-reported psychological scales were found to have statistically significant relationships with cellphone addiction.
