Abstract

Four structural equation models were conducted utilizing the latent constructs disaffiliation (types of bullying experienced), internalizing behaviors, and externalizing behaviors, in school-aged boys (N=81,161) and girls (N=80,099) to predict substance use. Differences in fit were compared across gender and high versus low protective factors.
