Self-Determination: A Question of Momentary Access to Integrated Self-Representations Influenced By Personality-By-Situation Interactions?

The present work piggybacks on previous research to examine whether a particular level and form of self-determination, unconscious introjection, can be modulated by situation manipulation in individuals with maladaptive personality aspects such as low levels of self-regulation abilities. Inducing ostracism by Cyberball, our hypothesis could partially be supported.
