Abstract
Children with neurodevelopmental disorders struggle with self-regulation. Smartwatches have promise in supporting self-regulation, but little research has involved children. We conducted workshops with teachers and children with ADHD and related disorders to design a smartwatch/phone intervention. Results suggest these interventions are appealing and promising tools to promote awareness and self-reflection.
