Abstract
We examined whether playing a custom videogame improved inhibition and transferred to an educationally relevant lesson, and whether the type of device affected skill acquisition. College students played Gwakkamole, which required inhibition to play. Regardless of device, playing the game did not lead to better inhibition than a control game.
