The Effects of Social Media Recruitment Messages on Applicants' Perceptions of Organizations

Abstract
In advertising for two different organizations, the U.S. Army and “River City College,” we found that participants found the Army to be more attractive but that it lacked in providing a sense of institutional belongingness and participant efficacy for program completion.
