Abstract
CDP Summer Institute (SI), an innovative weeklong course for psychology students interested in a military internship and career, represents a successful model for preparing students to pursue careers in specialized areas of psychology. SI participants have demonstrated increased military knowledge and career readiness and high match rates to military-relevant internships.
