Childhood Trauma and Eating Loss of Control in Young Adult Cannabis Users

Different experiences of childhood trauma were examined as predictors of eating loss of control (ELOC) in a young adult, cannabis-using population. Both emotional abuse and sexual abuse contributed significantly to the prediction of eating loss of control. Emotional abuse contributed to increased ELOC while sexual abuse contributed to decreased ELOC.
