Abstract

Adult cannabis use patterns in the New York-Metro area were surveyed. The data revealed a demographically diverse population of cannabis users, reporting mixed (and mostly illicit) recreational and medicinal use, with few lifetime signs of cannabis misuse amidst mental health and physiological dependence concerns. Results may inform the legalization debate.
