Exploring the Role of Motivation, Mindfulness and Decision Making in Promoting Self-Leadership

Grounded in self-leadership theory, this study assessed the importance of mindfulness and decision making style in the development of self-leadership among a Canadian university student sample (n = 170). An original multiple mediation model determined which cognitive processes were considered most important in developing self-leadership. The results supported our hypotheses.
