Abstract

This study explored whether implicit theories of soft skills, grit, and various demographics predicted soft skills self-efficacy. Participants were recruited via social media. Data were collected using an online questionnaire and analyzed using a multiple linear regression model. Results will indicate which variables predicted soft skills self-efficacy for enhanced employability.
